TERMS OF SERVICE
Overview
This website is operated by Stay Pressed, based in San Marcos, Texas. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store.
Products
Stay Pressed sells press-on nails and related accessories. Please review each product description, sizing instructions, and available options before purchasing.
Handcrafted sets may have minor variations in placement, finish, or detail. Colors may appear different depending on your screen and lighting. These variations do not excuse defective products or material differences from the description.
Orders and Payment
Customers must provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information. Full payment is required before an order ships.
We may decline or cancel orders because of suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or a material listing error. If we cancel an order, we will refund payments for the canceled items. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
Custom Orders
A $30 deposit starts the custom-order process and is applied toward the final price of your set. It is not the full price of the completed order.
Please use a valid email address at checkout and maintain access to the customer or Shop account associated with your order. We will use your checkout email to request inspiration photos, discuss your design, and provide mockups.
The final price will be confirmed once the design is agreed upon. Production begins after written design approval, confirmation of sizing, and payment of the remaining balance.
Inspiration images guide the design process. Exact duplication is not guaranteed. Additional requests or changes may affect pricing and production time; any changes will be discussed before proceeding.
If you stop responding, your custom order will remain paused. We will attempt to contact you before closing an inactive request. Deposit refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Sizing and Wear
Customers are responsible for the measurements and options they submit. Wear time varies based on preparation, adhesive, application, daily activities, and aftercare. We do not guarantee a specific wear duration.
Product Safety
Follow the application, adhesive, and removal instructions provided. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Do not apply nails or adhesive to broken, irritated, or infected skin or nails. Keep small parts and adhesives away from children.

Original Stay Pressed website content, photographs, logos, and designs may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for future transactions. Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
